• CNC HONING FINISHING ROUND BORES using abrasive stones in order to achieve very close tolerances,
excellent surface finishes and improved geometry.
• DEEP HOLE BORING producing large, precision bores
using specialist drill heads and indexable tooling to
achieve close tolerances, excellent accuracy and very good surface finishes over very long lengths. |

• DEEP HOLE DRILLING producing precision round bores using specialist tooling to achieve close
tolerances, good surface finishes and greater accuracy over longer lengths than conventional drilling.
• CNC TURNING – MACHINING both internal details and external profiles on any component using a
variety of specialist tooling.
• EDM DRILLING producing very small, round bores in any hard or soft material and in any shaped
component by conducting electrical current through brass or copper electrodes.

Major refurbishment, expansion and investment have resulted in superb inspection facilities and an extensive range of inspection and metrology instruments.
All equipment is calibrated, traceable to National Standards and complies with the requirements of ISO9000 and Aerospace Standards.
